The prices shown are only valid at the time the order form is submitted.

Prices may be changed without any prior notice obligation. For this reason, the Customer must always check the final price of the order before sending it.

All products are shipped from Portugal. Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices do not include possible costs of customs duties and their fees in cases where shipping is made to countries outside the EU or for countries whose legislation provides for import expenses. Right of free resolution

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the Customer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without having to indicate any reason. The period for exercising the right of free resolution ends 14 days from the day following the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, receives the order.

To exercise the right of free termination, the Customer must communicate its decision to terminate this contract to Richard Dixon by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email). The declaration must be sent to Richard Dixon by mail to Rua Álvaro Vieira Nogueira N14, 4715-063 Braga or by email to info@richard-dixon.com.

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

If the Customer decides to terminate the contract, they will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the product(s), subject to the following conditions:

- It must be complete, not in parts or components, even when they are part of a kit;

- It must not have been used or damaged;

- It must be sent in the original packaging;

- Must be sent in a single shipment. Richard Dixon reserves the right not to accept products sent at different times.

The Customer is only responsible for the depreciation of goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).

Whenever the purchase of a specific amount of products allows the purchase at a price lower than that charged for the purchase of a single product (for example: “take 2, pay 1” modality), the right of free resolution can also be exercised on only some of the products purchased. In this case, the refund price will be recalculated, taking as a reference the price charged for the purchase of a single product.

In all other cases (e.g. combined sales), the right of free withdrawal can only be exercised on all products purchased (example: More for Less: 1 Product = 30%, 2 products = 50%, 3 products = 60 %).

Richard Dixon will reimburse you for payments made, including shipping costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard shipping method available), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date of communication of the resolution decision. Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Customer, refunds are made by bank transfer to IBAN to be indicated by the customer, with the Customer not incurring any costs resulting from the refund.

Richard Dixon reserves the right to withhold refunds until receipt of the returned product(s) or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch of the same, whichever occurs first.

If the Customer requires any clarification, they should contact Richard Dixon via email at info@richard-dixon.com.

To activate the warranty, the Customer must present the completed warranty documentation received with the product, as well as proof of purchase.

Whenever the warranty is activated, its validity period is not affected by any repair or replacement.

This warranty is not valid in the following cases:

- Use of non-original parts when repairing the product;

- Intervention by third parties other than those authorized by Richard Dixon;

- Bracelet, batteries and glass;

- Breakdown or damage caused by normal wear and tear caused by use, accident, misuse or neglect of care recommended by Richard Dixon (e.g. bracelet wear, broken or scratched glass, broken crown);

- Loss of stones or damage caused to clothing by watches with stones or crystals on the outside.

After the end of the warranty period, Richard Dixon can provide technical assistance. In this case, whenever the repair involves costs, it is only carried out after acceptance of the quote by the Customer.

For the purchased product to function in perfect condition, Richard Dixon recommends the following specific care:

- As the water resistance of watches is different depending on the model, you should always check this information on the case lid;

- To correctly use your watch, you must check the table below for the different types of use supported in each water resistance category:

Water resistance

- The crown must be in its normal, tight position, in order to guarantee the advertised water resistance;

- You should never set the watch or use the buttons or rotating bezel while the watch is wet;

- Whenever you change the watch's battery, you should also change the seal on the lid to avoid compromising the watch's watertightness.

- If the watch has stones or crystals on the outside, you must take some additional care – avoid contact with water, perfumes or other substances that may interact with the materials – to prevent stones or crystals from loosening, becoming discoloured or stained.
